Are you a recruitment or placement agency?

No. We are a career management organisation that helps executives and professionals with career solutions.

Extensive research has shown that approximately 75% of all positions at executive, managerial and professional levels are filled through the so-called 'hidden market'. We help people achieve career results beyond what they would normally obtain through agencies, newspaper advertisements and Internet job postings.

More fundamentally, we help our clients identify, target and obtain the roles that will fully engage them and maximise their levels of contribution and satisfaction.

Do you assist people with fundamental career change?

Yes. A major part of our work is supporting and guiding our clients through the critical stages of career reassessment and change.

How much time will I need to invest and for how long?

That depends on your objectives. At its most powerful level, the work we conduct takes two forms and is conducted over an extensive period.

First, the formal career development work is the important structured foundation that may be conducted over a number of weeks. This provides opportunity for learning and develops the basic elements needed for you to become 'market ready'.

The second important function we assist with is ongoing coaching and support sessions. These specifically assist you through the challenges you will face, including counsel to ensure you stay on track. These sessions follow a 'work to task' rather than time format and vary according to individual needs.

Will I receive help in developing a quality contact base?

Yes, in the way that will best serve your future.

The core purpose of our work with you is to empower, equip and enable you to realise superior career outcomes. Experience has shown that achievement of such outcomes requires the ability to generate the right contacts as well as developing these into relationships that lead to high quality outcomes. Those without the ability to do the former consistently fail to achieve the latter.

We will guide and coach you in creating and developing authentic relationships with people who can help you reach your true career goals.

We do not market a database as an enticement to prospective clients, nor do we actively solicit employers on behalf of individuals. To do so would undermine the potential for achievement of the superior outcomes our clients seek. We do, however, maintain an extensive network of potential contacts amongst our clients.

Above all, we will equip you with the strategies and techniques to effectively implement this vital skill, now and throughout your career.

I really want to leave my current position. Can you assist me in seeking an internal promotion?

Yes. Some of our clients use our services to develop a strategy that enables them to progress their career in a rewarding manner with their current employer.

Do you only work with executives?

Many, but by no means all, of our clients are executives.

We work with a broad range of people, all of whom share at least this much: they understand the importance of proactively managing their careers and the value of planning and commitment.

What about issues of my career direction?

Am I right that I will have to do a lot of work?

Our fees vary widely depending on individual needs and preferences. This can best be determined by arranging a free consultation with one of our consultants.
